Leaving a legacy
If you have not yet made a Will or it is some time since you reviewed it, we strongly encourage you do so, in order to avoid the possibility of leaving a legal muddle. Simply speak to your legal adviser and they will assist you.
Have you ever thought of leaving a legacy to SPCK?
Legacies to charities are exempt from Inheritance Tax, and so SPCK will receive every pound left to it without deduction. Gifts in the form of legacies are a vital help in resourcing us to continue developing our much-needed work.
If you have already made a will and would like to add to or amend it, you can simply add a Codicil which states your intended gift, and keep it together with the will.
