Who is the course for?
Everyone! The course is truly international in scope and can be used in church Bible study groups and house/home groups, or for personal study by new Christians or older Christians looking for a better grounding in the basics, or simply some refreshment.
The level is similar to that of Tom Wright's popular ...for Everyone New Testament guides. Tom is a great communicator, and the sessions are relaxed and easy to watch.

Is the Study Guide suitable for reading on its own?
Yes, it gives a very helpful overview of the Christian faith. This is what some reviewers have written:
'Both a guidebook for enquirers and beginners and a refresher course for the casual reader, this brief survey of the Christian Bible, Christian beliefs, Christian history, Christian living, and Christianity alongside other faiths is a book that excels. Brisk, exact, and user-friendly, it merits a very wide ministry, and will bring clarity of focus wherever it goes.'
J. I. Packer, Professor of Theology, Regent College, Vancouver and author of Knowing God
'Living Faith is an excellent roadmap for those starting out on the Christian journey. It is a good primer on the history of the Bible. It paints an excellent picture of the Big Story of God at work, and shows how the different parts of the Bible fit together. I warmly recommend it to all who want to flesh out their understanding of what it means to be a follower of Christ.'
Leighton Ford, President, Leighton Ford Ministries
And in his Foreword to the Study Guide Tom Wright says:
'My hope and prayer is that through [this guide] you will not only learn a great deal, but that you will be brought to hear and understand the living word of God more fully for yourself.'

How does A Handbook of the Christian Faith relate to the course?
This is the sourcebook for the Study Guide (the former is 320 pages long, the latter only 72). The ten chapters in each book correspond with the ten DVD sessions. The handbook will be of use to participants and leaders who want to explore the material presented in greater depth. Leaders will find it helpful in answering participants' questions.
