Saying Thank you; Sorry; Please

To start off, you could collect your thoughts very simply into three groups.
First, recollect those things you are grateful for. Think of those times during the day when you've felt good about something.
Then recollect those times where you have let someone down or perhaps let yourself down - or where you haven't helped someone as you might have done. It can help to express those feelings by saying sorry in prayer.
